Afternoon everyone. Reminder that Football practices starts tomorrow night at 6pm. The lockeroom opens at 530. All players need to have a current sports physical that they will need to bring with them to practice. New players please be at the lockeroom by 530. Plz, have your sons drink plenty of water today and tomorrow during the day to hydrate. Also, Players do not need to eat a big meal before practice.
